That is why we make it easy to unsubscribe from our system. You see, we would rather have you as a happy friend than an unhappy subscriber!

Please let us know how we've failed to meet your expectations by submitting our Subscription Cancellation Form and we will take care of it by the end of the next business day. 

When You Unsubscribe... 

• You will no longer have access to any SilverBullet features, including access to proposals you have already prepared.


• We will retain your company setup information and proposals for six months before we purge them. 

When You Return... 

• Within six months, contact us and we will reactivate your account after receiving a Reactivation Fee equal to 50% of our then-current Initial Setup Fee.


• After six months, you will be required to pay the then-current Initial Setup Fee and your system will be set up from scratch as if you are a brand new user.

By submitting the Subscription Cancellation Form, you indicate agreement with these terms.
