Our company started with SilverBullet in the spring of 2021. Considering our busy time started then, it was a bit of a cluster trying to learn a new pricing and proposal creation system. 

We have always been a pen-and-paper company, and going digital was a change we were almost afraid of. 

But now that we've started using SilverBullet, we wonder how and why we ever did job proposals any other way!

There are times where my boss and I would be working after hours to get all of the job proposals typed up and sent to where they needed to be. 

What would take us hours, now takes us minutes! 

I just had a guy come into the office 10 minutes before writing this, inquiring about replacing two systems in his home. He wanted options from the base model all the way to the high-end equipment. I had it all quoted, printed, and in his hands before he knew it. 

There are some things we regret trying in this business, SilverBullet is NOT one of them! 

We were so impressed with it, that we told our distributor about it, and he told other dealers that SilverBullet is the way to go!
