  • Multi-Brand Approach
    In today's business environment, you may need multiple sources for the equipment you sell. If you want to promote the full product line for each equipment brand you offer, a SilverBullet Sales Platform is the best choice. It is automatically configured with brand logos, equipment images, and product brochures for you. NOTE: If you want to offer multiple brands on a single 4-choice page, you can do that with your standard SilverBullet subscription by adding a Brand Literature Expansion option.
     
  • Multi-Trade or Ductless Systems
    If you offer more than HVAC work, you can use an additional Sales Platform to support your other trades - like plumbing, home automation, and security system sales. Some HVAC contractors use the Sales Platform approach to support their mini-split/ductless business since the accessories, warranties, and installation-related items in the Job Survey are significantly different than traditional ducted systems.
     
  • Big-Box Stores
    Many contractors align themselves with special sales and marketing programs offered by retailers like Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, Sam's Club, Menard's, BJ's Wholesale, and more. The big-box programs typically have special logo requirements, finance programs, and documentation that need to be supported.

Each SilverBullet Sales Platform includes:

  • Company Identification - Name, Address, Phone, Website Address, Brief Company Overview, Job Survey Footer Text, Detail Proposal Presentation Text, Logo Image (800x400px PNG file), Accolades Image (800x400px PNG file). Image customization services are available.
     
  • Color Theme - Background and text colors used in the 4-choice presentation page and the summary proposal. Four default combinations user-selectable from drop down menu or create custom color combinations using HEX color codes.
     
  • Proposal Email Template - Standard email text used when detailed proposals, job surveys, 4-choice summary proposals, and/or digital assets (PDFs, web pages, images, videos, etc.) are sent sent to customers. Standard footer includes links to attached documents (proposals, brochures, videos, web pages, etc.), "Apply Here" image for Lender hyperlinked to contractor's credit application page, Sender's Name, Phone Number, and Email Address, and Company logo. Basic HTML is supported. Sender can override the default text on a job by job basis, however the footer is not modifiable.
     
  • Proposal Carbon Copy Email Addresses - Email address (or addresses) to which all emails are copied when a document is emailed to a customer.
     
  • Financing Program - Lender, Dealer ID, Loan Application URL, Average Cost of Credit. Support for all major Lenders included. Customized Lender programs are available.
     
  • 4-Choice Presentation Options - For each of four choices: Offer Title or logo/image (200x50px PNG file), Default Loan, up to 7 Capacities/Sizes and Prices, Technical Description, Headline, 4 Consumer Benefit Points.
     
  • 15 System Types - Defaults to (1) Split AC & 80% Gas Furnace, (2) Split AC & 90%+ Gas Furnace, (3) Split AC & Air Handler, (4) Split Heat Pump, (5) Split Dual Fuel, (6) Packaged AC, (7) Packaged Gas/Electric, (8) Packaged Heat Pump, (9) Packaged Dual Fuel, (10) 80% Gas Furnace, (11) 90%+ Gas Furnace, (12) Split AC, (13) Air Handler, (14) Generator, and (15) Other. Customization for each System Type image (800x800px PNG) is available.
     
  • Accessories - 3 categories; Titles default to Service & Maintenance, Thermostats & Controls, and Indoor Air Quality; 7 items per Category include customizable Description, Retail Price, Bundle Inclusion, and Bundle Lock switches. Category Titles and 400x400px image are customizable.
     
  • Job Survey - 4 categories; Default Titles are "Ductwork", "Equipment Installation", "Utilities (Gas & Electric)", and "Structural & Miscellaneous"; 15+ line-items per category includes Description and Retail Price; Item Descriptions, and Retail Prices are user-defined.
     
  • Company Story Link - Accessed by clicking the company Logo displayed on the Customer Entry screen, this is a direct URL link to contractor's company story. This feature could point to "About Us" or "How We Do It" web pages, digital brochures/flip books, or a video presentation hosted on the platform of your choice.
     
  • 4-Choice Summary Proposal PDF - A snapshot of the choices displayed on the 4-Choice Presentation page. Page customization services are available.
     
  • Detailed Proposal PDF - A single page PDF that displays more details about what you are proposing for one of the four choices offered. Page customization services are available.
     
  • Job Survey PDF - A single page PDF that is attached to the Detailed Proposal showing the additional items you checked during your Job Survey process. By default, no retail prices are shown on this page. However, the page can be modified to show the prices if needed. Page customization services are available.
     
  • Manufacturer Brand Literature Library - The SilverBullet team maintains a complete collection of manufacturer-supplied literature to support their product line. The literature for the primary manufacturer you represent it included in the SilverBullet Sales Platform. Additional Libraries are available for an additional fee.
     
  • Contractor Literature Library - If you have custom documents, videos, podcasts, web pages, photos or other digital assets you want to manage through SilverBullet, we can handle that for you. Additional Libraries are available for an additional fee.
