SilverBullet Authorized User List

To maintain system security, we are happy to adjust your SilverBullet Authorized User List for you.

Depending on your subscription, you have 2 to 10 User Licenses per month. Assuming you have unused licenses available, we will automatically add New Users to your account as requested.

If the New User is replacing an Existing User, please enter the Existing User's email in the "Remove Existing User Email" field on the Authorized User Request Form.

If you must increase your subscription level to support more User Licenses, we will reach out to you before acting on your submitted Authorized User Request Form.

User Roles

SilverBullet supports four User Roles which are described below. Be sure to select the proper User Role when completing the Authorized User Request Form.

System Administrator

Full access to all system setup, configurations, PriceBuilder, ProposalBuilder, and proposal history.

Sales Manager

Access to ProposalBuilder, and all proposal history.

Comfort Advisor

Access to ProposalBuilder, and personal proposal history.

Selling Technician

Access to ProposalBuilder, and personal proposal history.
