How can customers authorize proposals?

How can customers authorize proposals?

Getting authorization to proceed with a new job is always the highlight of a salesperson's day!

Here are 4 simple ways you can get your customers to sign off on your proposal:

  1. Sign while you are in the home.
On the proposal detail screen, click the Sign Proposal button, have the customer sign in the signature block, and click Save Proposal, and email the signed Proposal.

  2. Use screen sharing.
Get them on your favorite screen sharing system, bring up their proposal on SilverBullet, click the Sign Proposal button, give them screen control, have them sign in the signature box, click Save Proposal, email the signed copy.

  3. Print and sign the proposal.
Have your customer print a copy of the final proposal and sign it in the signature block. Ask them to mail it, fax it, scan it, or take a picture of it and send it to you.

  4. Email authorization reply.
Ask the customer to reply to your email with an authorization statement that says something like this: You are hereby authorized to proceed with the work described on Proposal Number XXX dated MM/DD/YYYY in the amount of $99,999.
