I used to use Quickbooks to quote HVAC replacement systems with options.  This usually required 2 or 3 pages in order to show several options with payment terms for each. This format was not very customer friendly and many times this resulted in unnecessary confusion on the part of the prospect or customer. 

It also took awhile to put this all together on our end.
