Sales call to replace 4 ton AC outdoor unit that was connected to an old oil furnace.  Customer had a $5,000 price in their heads. 

Along with AC-only option, I proposed a complete system replacement with a new 98% LP furnace and heat pump outdoor unit. 

Presenting with monthly payments sold a new system for $25,000! 

A truly better option for the homeowner, and a better outcome for the company.
