My first opportunity was shaky.

I was in front of the customer at the dining room table with my iPad, and all the information was at my fingertips.

I could see the excitement in the customer's eyes.

My options are showing up great, and I click on a button, and just like that, all was lost.  I was stuck!

But, because I am so smooth and cool like that, I looked the customer deep in the eyes with great confidence and said, I MESSED UP!

Are you ok if I make a quick call? Sure, the customer responded.

I grabbed my cell phone, calmly walked outside, called my SilverBullet Success Coach, and yelled HELP!

After crying the story to him like a scared little boy, my Coach calmly laughed and said, "No Problem, this is what you do..."

So, after that phone call, I walked back into the house with my head held up high.

I followed his instructions step-by-step. 

Without missing a beat, the customer simply said "I want this one in the middle... where do I sign, and when can you start?"

Wow!
