SilverBullet Subscription Cancellation Policy

Notice Requirement

Subscribers may cancel their SilverBullet subscription by providing a 30-day written notice of cancellation. The notice must be sent through the Subscription Cancellation Form on our website.

Exit Interview

To help us continuously improve SilverBullet, we require subscribers to schedule a 15-minute Exit Interview prior to ending the subscription. The Exit Interview takes place via Zoom and is designed to gather insights about your experience with SilverBullet.

There are 5 questions asked during the Exit Interview:

1. What were the primary goals or challenges you hoped to address with SilverBullet, and to what extent were those goals met?
2. Were there any specific features or aspects of SilverBullet that you found particularly useful or frustrating?
3. Did you encounter any issues or limitations with SilverBullet that led to difficulties or reduced value in your sales workflow?
4. How would you compare your experience with SilverBullet to other sales tools you’ve tried?
5. What changes or improvements, if any, would make SilverBullet valuable enough for you to consider rejoining the SilverBullet family in the future?

Important Note - You will receive a personal invite to schedule the Exit Interview via email. The Exit Interview is intended for feedback purposes only and is not designed to persuade you to remain a subscriber. We genuinely value your insights and want to learn from your experience so we can make SilverBullet even better for future subscribers. Billing for your subscription will be terminated immediately upon completion of the Exit Interview.

Billing and Refund Policy

Subscriptions will remain active until the Exit Interview is completed and the termination of the current billing cycle following receipt of your 30-day notice. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

When You Unsubscribe...

• You will have access to any SilverBullet features, including access to proposals you have already prepared, until the end of your current billing period.
• We will retain your company setup information and proposals for six months before we purge them from our system.

If You Return...

• Within six months, contact us and we will reactivate your account after receiving a Reactivation Fee equal to 50% of our then-current Initial Setup Fee.
• After six months, you will be required to pay the then-current Initial Setup Fee and your system will be set up from scratch as if you are a brand new user.

By submitting the Subscription Cancellation Form, you indicate agreement with these terms.
