Our company started using SilverBullet in late 2019. After a short training, 

I started to notice that homeowners didn’t just want one option, but invited 4 different ones. 

My sales went up right away and I was surprised, even being in sales for years that people really like options. 

SilverBullet allows the homeowner to get educated on our products and options, without us pushing them.

I really like the home survey portion, it allows so much for any items that may be needed to add for a proper proposal. 

The other thing is I can email it and review it on the spot! Yes, I get a lot of questions, but I can answer them on the spot and close a sale immediately.

My sales went from $815,000 to $1,7500,500 in a few years without any additional work on my part.

If competitors aren’t using SilverBullet, they are missing out on larger profit jobs with the same amount of work. 

I see lots of other proposals out there with only 1 or 2 options and end up getting the job because homeowners aren’t aware of the equipment that is available in our market and want the upgraded equipment. 

Not everyone signs up for the Gold or Platinum package in today’s world, but all of the little options add up on any package.

I’m currently training a new sales estimator with no sales experience. 

He really likes the program because it has all of the built in parts and pieces that a new person to our trade usually misses on a standard bid and can’t be added in after you send out a proposal, thus losing money when it’s not necessary.

SilverBullet is pretty much foolproof once you get used to using it every day in the field.

SilverBullet also saves so much time! I can do many more proposals per month and ultimately more sales.

The financing portion of SilverBullet also helps greatly, lots of time homeowners don’t really want to tell you they don’t have the cash to do the work proposed. 

I show them the finance tab and that usually starts up a conversation about payments, it also takes away any fear of the price or payment structure.
